"QA taught me how games break.
Now I want to help build them."

About

I'm a First Nations woman with over fourteen years in the games industry. Most of it was in QA, all of it was watching how interactive worlds are built and where they fall apart. I wasn't just finding bugs. I was learning, from the inside out, how interactive stories actually work.

That perspective is what I bring to narrative design. I think about systems and I think about people. I'm most at home when those two things have to negotiate with each other. I currently work in QA and am building deliberately toward that transition.

I come from a culture where storytelling is how language, history and identity survive... passed forward from generation to generation. This shaped how seriously I take a story that sticks. I love building them. I especially thrive when I'm telling the ones that will stay with people long after they've stepped away.

I grew up watching Star Trek with my family and believing that the future was worth imagining.

I still do.
